Our coffee loyalty offer is changing

As part of our transition from Coles Express to Reddy Express, we will be temporarily changing how Flybuys members receive their 6th free coffee after purchasing 5 coffees and scanning their Flybuys in store.

What’s changing?

Currently, when you scan your Flybuys and purchase 5 coffees at any Coles Express and Reddy Express store, you automatically receive your 6th coffee free of charge. Starting from 9 October 2024, we will send you an email instead, with a free coffee voucher, soon after you’ve made your 5th coffee purchase. To redeem your free coffee, simply scan the barcode of your free coffee voucher at Coles Express or Reddy Express.

What’s not changing?

The way you earn coffee credits will remain the same. You should continue to scan your Flybuys with each coffee purchase and, after purchasing 5 coffees, your 6th coffee will still be free (only delivered differently). This process change is temporary, and we anticipate the process of issuing your free coffee automatically when you scan your Flybuys will return before the end of 2025. We’ll keep you updated.
